The conference successfully fostered valuable partnerships with esteemed organizations and institutions, enhancing its impact and reach. These partnerships included collaborations with the Northern Technical University (NTU) in Iraq, the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH), the International Association for Engineering Geology and the Environment (IAEG), Abu Dhabi University (ADU) in UAE, and the University of Balamand (UOB) in Lebanon.
The conference was chaired by Dr. Ali Jahami from the University of Balamand, Lebanon, and Prof. George Wardeh from CY Cergy-Paris University, France. Prof. Jamal Khatib from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon, and University of Wolverhampton, UK, served as head of the scientific committee, with Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and founder of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), as the honorary chairman.

The three-day conference featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and paper presentations that delved into various aspects of sustainable civil engineering. Themes included innovations in structural and infrastructure engineering, sustainable construction practices, artificial intelligence in civil engineering, environmental engineering, project management, and regional and global challenges in resilient infrastructure.
