Important Note

1. For listeners, who do not need to submit a paper or an abstract to the conference, we advise you to follow the booking form and finish booking. Easy and quick! Click Here

2. For participants submitting extended abstracts or full papers, kindly submit your abstract (Submission Ended). Once your abstract is accepted, you will receive an email to complete the Payment Step for Registration.

3. One of the authors listed on the accepted abstract must pay the booking by the requested booking deadline (10 May 2024).

For Registration and publishing your paper in the Conference Abstract Book. Please select the “Extended Abstract” option and complete your payment (Conference Registration Fees of 150$).
For Registration and publishing your paper in the Civil, Constructions and Environmental Engineering (SCCEE) Please select the “Full Paper (Steps for Civil, Constructions and Environmental Engineering journal)” option and complete your payment (Conference Registration Fees of 300$).

4. When a paper is accepted for publication in Scopus and Web of Science indexed proceedings, the author will be required to pay the additional APCs of 200$.

For Registration and publishing your paper in Scopus and Web of Science Indexed Proceedings, the article processing charges (APC) of 200$ must be borne by the authors separately. Please select the “Full Paper (Scopus and Web of Science Indexed Proceedings)” option and complete your payment (Conference Registration Fees of 300$ + 200$).

5. After completing the payment and receiving your ticket via email, please proceed to finalize your registration by submitting the required documents (Final paper and Payment Proof and Ticket) through the form [Complete Your Registration].

6. For Conference Guests,

Participants Submitting Papers: If you intend to participate by presenting a paper, kindly submit your abstract through the Submission Portal (Submission Ended). Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique code via email to access the Ticketing Step.
Keynote Speakers: After registering, kindly proceed to [Complete Your Registration].

Conference Booking Fee

Listener : 50$
Extended Abstract 150$
Full Paper: 300$

Booking Fee Includes:

15 minutes Presentation for every author and presenter.
Conference Proceeding for participants who registered with full paper.
Conference program for all participants.
Certificate of participation for all participants.
All sessions are available to all participants.
Booking fee include Value-Added-Taxes (VAT).

Cancellation Policy

In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the booking fees are not refundable.

Note

When a paper is accepted for publication in Scopus and Web of Science indexed proceedings, the author will be required to pay the additional APCs of 200$.
Please note that the submission and booking are two separate parts. Only scholars who booked can receive a link to access the conference live streaming. The deadline for booking is 10 May 2024.

Payment Methods

Booking payments forSCCEE-IVC can be made using Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Payments must be made in US dollars.

If a registrant does not have a credit card, they can email us at sccee-conference-2024@scientificstepsgroup-ssg.com to complete their registration payments.
